There are several parts to this, so we won't be able to provide a precise answer to the penny until right before lease signing. However, this is how we calculate your move-in costs:
Your monthly rent amount, plus
Prorated charges for partial month rent, if any
Refundable security deposit equal to 1.5 times the monthly rental amount
One-time leasing fee of $125

We do not accept cash or debit/credit cards in our office, so be prepared at lease signing with a check or money order.
If you provide us with your email address during the application process, we'll send you a link to sign up for online access through your tenant portal. You can pay your move-in costs by overriding the amount in the rent payment option.

Like most businesses, we are limiting person-to-person contact. Our office is currently closed to foot traffic. Most showings are conducted with the use of a lockbox. We'll send you a code and you'll check the place out on your own.
